Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt and your item must be returned within 30 days of receipt in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos of the damages/issues and your order ID are required to be emailed as part of this evaluation process. For defective or incorrect items, no return is needed and a replacement item will be shipped. 

Lost Packages/Failed Delivery

In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, we will follow up with the carrier to investigate. If the order was marked as delivered, the order is ineligible for a complimentary replacement. If the order couldn’t be delivered because of a wrong address and you still wish to receive your item, you will be required to confirm your shipping address and cover the cost of re-shipping. If the order is confirmed lost, you will have the option between receiving a replacement or a partial refund in the form of store credit. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Cancellation

To ensure the smoothness of our fulfillment process, we are generally unable to cancel an order that has been placed. Once an order is shipped, we will not be able to cancel/modify the order or issue a refund. Please double-check that you’ve entered the correct shipping address and selected the correct items before placing your order. 


Exchanges
As our print products are only produced once ordered, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using the store credits issued as a refund. 


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit only. Clearance and Final Sale items are not eligible for returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
